Architectural Quality Photos
Rather than shooting "every view of every room", the photographer works in collaboration with the agent on-site, to choose only the views that will best showcase a luxury home. Multiple exposures and supplemental lighting is used during the shoot, followed by hand editing of each individual photo in Adobe Lightroom & Photoshop. This premium processing ensures final imagery with the highest level of balanced lighting, accurate colors, and natural shadows. Similar to a magazine spread, we will work to create a curated set of the highest quality images.
Prices are valid for Real Estate Photography ONLY. Travel within 20 miles of Eau Gallie (32935) is included. Additional mileage is billed at the current IRS rate. High-resolution digital image files are delivered via online download. No tangible personal property is created or sold. Full payment is due prior to image download. Prices effective July 2023 and are subject to change without notice.

The photographer who has taken an image is the Copyright holder of the image -- period. Real Estate listing images are granted a Limited Use License for the duration of the active listing only. This license allows for the images to be used for any marketing purpose, both print and online. By hiring Hofmann Images to photograph a property, the Licensee agrees to not sell, lease, or gift the images to any third party without prior written permission from Joni Hofmann. Please inquire about purchasing a Commercial Use License for any use other than the marketing of real estate.
