Our quality Real Estate Photos are produced using a "flambient" method. Using multiple exposures and supplemental lighting, the images are edited to produce a natural look with accurate colors and no harsh flash shadows.
Properties should be “photo ready” upon arrival and are photographed AS-IS. Homeowners find this checklist very helpful: Home Preparation Checklist. For tenant-occupied properties, the realtor or property owner must be present to escort the photographer.
Prices are valid for Real Estate Photography ONLY. Travel within 20 miles of Eau Gallie (32935) is included. Additional mileage is billed at the current IRS rate. High-resolution digital image files are delivered via online download. No tangible personal property is created or sold. Full payment is due prior to image download. Prices effective July 2023 and are subject to change without notice.
